These skills, in combination with accountability and support, are essential elements of a successful and flourishing life. And at times of major societal transformations, we need them more than ever. With that in mind and in order to help you create sustainable change with ease, Pro.Lab was born.

Pro.Lab is a 3-month group coaching program to cultivate mindfulness and focus to achieve your goals.
It is designed to help you stay on track with the most important personal and professional projects and achieve results without burnout.
If you want to get to know yourself better, improve your productivity style, achieve in a mindful way, and meet like-minded professionals to inspire and be inspired, this program is for you.
Program
Pro.Lab is a unique space created to host and connect a small number of individuals through bi-weekly group coaching. The main intention is to help participants achieve their goals in a mindful way.
The group will provide support and accountability in setting and achieving your goals. During the meetings, participants will receive business and productivity coaching advice, meet brilliant peers, and get inspired and inspire.
Most importantly, you will get to know yourself better, cultivate mindfulness and focus, and create a sustainable productivity practice to achieve your goals with ease.

First session: March 30th, 11:00 am EST
We are all efficient and productive in our unique ways. The program will allow you to learn more about yourself and develop your own productivity style. As a result, you will stop working hard, and start doing things more effortlessly and mindfully.
Energy management is more critical than ever. At Pro.Lab, you will understand how you manage your attention, what drains and what energizes you. Learning how your energy works, and applying mindfulness tools, will increase your vitality to help you create the life you want.
People need other people. We all love to inspire others and be inspired. We love to see others grow and celebrate their successes. And we treasure it when people are genuinely happy for us. At Pro.Lab, community support is an essential part of the program.
Monthly Program Flow
Step 1
The participants receive homework prior to Pro.Lab program start to share more in-depth information about themselves.
Step 2
Strategy Session is a 2-hour planning session to define priorities for a month ahead, set goals & articulate realistic weekly actions. During month 2 and 3, we share successes and challenges to celebrate and learn from each other.
Step 3 (optional)
Pro.Day is a 4-hour get things done session broken down into four 50-minute sessions to commit to achieving specific tasks.
Step 4
Progress Update Session is a 70-minute session to share your successes and challenges and set the goals and actions for 2 weeks ahead.

About the program creator
Marina Romashko is a 2x entrepreneur, productivity coach, energy healer and mindfulness teacher. For the last 20 years, she has worked in business coaching and project management for Fortune 500 companies. Marina is also a surfer and soon-to-be dancer. She frequently hosts global panels and workshops on mindful productivity, female empowerment and Web3.
Marina’s productivity coaching style has developed over her 20-year career in time and energy management. It has also been infused with the tools from mindfulness, metaphysics, esoteric practices, and wisdom of the lineage of King Solomon via The Modern Mystery School. Marina has led workshops, classes and long-form retreats around the world.

Commitment to 3 months of practice is required to deliver results and benefit from the group dynamic.
You can purchase a 3-month package for $329 with a $46 discount. There is also an option to split it into two installments.
